Abstract
This invention relates to the formula of Ulva seaweed decomposition microbial consortium and the process of making biostimulants. The formula consists of the bacterial strains Bacillus sp strain GK5.7 and SW2.1 and T. asperellum strain Pan23.2, which have the ability to degrade the cell walls of Ulva seaweed (containing cellulose, alginate and carrageenan) through systematic selection and laboratory testing. This invention also relates to the process of making biostimulants, using Ulva seaweed raw materials that have been decomposed using a consortium of seaweed decomposition microbes, so that the manufacturing process is more effective and produces good quality biostimulants. The application of the Ulva seaweed decomposition microbial consortium formula accelerates the decomposition process of seaweed within 14 days, the C and N ratio of Ulva seaweed decreases from 16.80 to 10.90.Ulva seaweed composting increased IAA to 11.46 mg / kg (16%), gibberellin 15.43 mg / kg (16%), zeatin 10.79 mg / kg (183%), kinetin 4.31 mg / kg (27%). Ulva seaweed compost contains ZPT as a material for making biostimulants through an aerated fermentation process. The fermentation process increases DHL which indicates the mineralization of Ulva seaweed. The resulting biostimulant contains quite complete ZPTs such as IAA (18.19 mg / L), gibberellin (10.24 mg / L), zeatin (7.23 mg / L) and kinetin (1.17 mg / L) to increase plant growth and yield.
