Abstract
This invention relates to a system for monitoring the processing of organic and non-organic materials integrated into a smart and sustainable ecosystem. This system combines waste-based energy conversion technology, Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC), and precision agriculture based on fast-growing biomass such as sorghum and Azolla. The pyrolysis unit functions to convert organic waste into bio-oil, biogas, and biochar, while the FCC unit improves the quality of bio-oil into liquid fuel through a catalytic cracking process. The gas from pyrolysis and biochar is reused as an energy source and soil fertility enhancer. The entire process is integrated in a Zero Energy Building (ZEB) system that is capable of producing and utilizing energy independently. The Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system allows for real-time monitoring of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, humidity, and gas composition. This invention provides an integrated solution for energy, food, and water management based on the principles of a circular economy and resource sustainability.
