BATTERY COVER PLATE AND POWER BATTERY ASSEMBLY

Abstract

A battery cover plate assembly and a power battery are provided. The battery cover plate assembly includes a cover plate sheet (1), a conductive sheet (2), and a terminal (3). The cover plate sheet (1) is provided with a first connection hole (11). The conductive sheet (2) is provided with a second connection hole (21) and is mounted on an outer side of the cover plate sheet (1) and configured to be welded to a current-carrying busbar (7). The terminal (3) has a first end that is folded outward to form a first flange (31) and a second end that is provided with a connecting wall (32). The connecting wall (32) has a predetermined wall thickness. An inner side of the connecting wall (32) is configured to be welded to a current collector (8), and an outer side edge of the connecting wall (32) is provided with a second flange (33).After the ends of the two terminals (3) are positioned to pass through the first connection hole (11) and the second connection hole (21) respectively through the inner side of the cover plate sheet (1), the first flange (31) is attached to the inner wall of the cover plate sheet (1). The second flange (33) is folded outward to nail the side of the conductive sheet (2) away from the cover plate sheet (1).
