Abstract

Luciole's Digital Membership and Customer Rewards System Interface Design. This design also supports Luciole's efforts to improve customer retention and expand its market reach beyond the campus community. Through a digitalized system, Luciole can build long-term relationships with customers, increase repeat purchase rates, and create a more personalized and memorable customer experience. The implementation of digital membership is expected to help mitigate the impact of sales fluctuations during certain periods.
