THICKENING CONTROL SYSTEM

Abstract

This application discloses a thickener control system, which includes a thickener, a slurry injection unit and a controller. The upper and lower parts of the thickener have a slurry injection channel and a slurry discharge outlet, respectively. The slurry injection unit includes a flocculant delivery pump, a first buffer tank and a first valve, the flocculant delivery pump is connected to the thickener and the first valve is connected between the slurry injection channel and the first buffer tank. In this application, by connecting the first buffer tank to the slurry injection channel of the thickener and storing the injected slurry in the frequency of the flocculant delivery pump, controlling the opening and closing operation of the first valve, the flocculant injection amount cannot meet the demand of the balance of flow and density of the slurry.
