Abstract
The present invention discloses a splitter for a nickel laterite spiral hopper, which includes: an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, a plurality of spiral pipes, and a plurality of ore slurry discharge pipes. The inner cylinder is disposed inside the outer cylinder, and the inside of the inner cylinder is connected to the ore slurry feeding pipe. A ring-shaped space (annular space) is formed between the outer wall of the outer cylinder and the inner wall of the inner cylinder. A plurality of spiral pipes are evenly arranged on the peripheral side of the inner cylinder, and all are in the annular space. One end of the spiral pipe is connected to the inside of the inner cylinder, while the other end is inclined downward, so that the slurry is discharged through the spiral pipe in the annular space. The plurality of slurry discharge pipes are evenly arranged around the outer cylinder and connected to the annular space. The present invention designs the average splitter tank to be in the form of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. The slurry does not precipitate in the inner cylinder. The discharge from the spiral tube can affect the bottom of the annular space formed between the inner and outer cylinders, preventing the slurry in the annular space from settling. This helps improve discharge efficiency.
