Double Screw Washing System for Nickel Laterite Ore

Abstract

This application relates to a twin-screw washing system for laterite nickel ore. The application includes a twin-screw mining machine, a movable screen, and a conveyor belt. The twin-screw ore washer has a slurry outlet. The feed end of the movable screen is connected to the slurry outlet. The slurry is discharged through the slurry outlet. And the movable screen can move the selected material to move from its feed end to the discharge end. A conveyor belt is provided under the discharge end of the movable screen. The ore is fed into the twin-screw washer. The twin-screw ore washer scrubs the ore material. The cleaned slurry flows from the slurry outlet to the movable screen. The activity screen filters the slurry. Stops the froth in the slurry. And carries it down to the conveyor belt. It is sent via the conveyor belt to the designated location.
