Stack Leaching Circulation Equipment for Low Grade Nickel Ore

Abstract

The low-grade nickel ore heap leaching circulation apparatus provided in the present invention includes: an atmospheric heap leaching tank, multiple acid pools connected one by one with the atmospheric heap leaching tank, and an acid circulation structure. The outlet of the atmospheric heap leaching tank is connected to the acid pool, and the acid circulation structure is connected to the atmospheric heap leaching tank and the acid pool, which is used to detect the nickel content in the acid pool and direct the solution in a certain acid pool to a certain atmospheric heap leaching tank based on the detection result, realizing acid irrigation circulation and nickel ore leaching circulation. The nickel in the acid pool will gradually increase without increasing the amount of acid used. Thus, nickel leaching that effectively reduces the processing cost of low-grade nickel ore can be realized.
