Abstract
The present invention discloses an internal structure of an isolator in a diaphragm pump, including a housing, a guide rod, an isolator, and two elastic components. The housing has a piston cavity, in which the guide rod is installed. The isolator is slidably sleeved on the guide rod, and two elastic components are positioned at each end of the rod. When the isolator moves to one end of the guide rod, it presses on the elastic components, which serves to dampen the impact force. The guide rod is precisely installed in the piston cavity, and the isolator is slidably sleeved on the guide rod, so that the isolator slides in the piston cavity. During the working process of the diaphragm pump, the isolator slides back and forth along the guide rod. When it reaches the end of the guide rod, the isolator presses on the elastic components to dampen the impact due to inertial force.With the damping mechanism of this elastic component, the isolator is protected from damage due to strong repeated impacts, so that the operational life of the isolator can be significantly extended.
