GAS REGULATOR THAT HAS TWO AUTOMATIC LOCKS AND TWO MANUAL LOCKS

Abstract

This invention relates to an LPG gas regulator having two automatic locks and two manual locks consisting of an LPG gas pressure indicator (2), a crankshaft lever (3), a lock (4), a lock housing (5), a special rod with a recess (6) and an automatic lock (13) consisting of: a lever (7), a locking rod (8), a spring (9), a locking rod bushing (10), a rivet pin (11), a locking spring (12).LPG gas regulator which has two automatic locks and two manual locks (1) is installed on the gas cylinder valve (14) of the gas cylinder (15); by pressing the LPG gas regulator from top to bottom vertically, the two automatic locks (13) of the second part of the locking rod (8) will press the two springs (9) creating mechanical energy when the two locking rods (8) pass the top of the valve (14a) then the gas cylinder valve (14) on the hook lip (14c) will be locked due to the mechanical energy of the spring (9) then the crankshaft lever (3) is rotated about 180° clockwise to open the gas flow and rotates about 180° counterclockwise to stop the gas flow then the two automatic locks (13) on the second part of the lever (7) are pressed then the gas cylinder valve (14) on the hook lip (14c) will be released from the lock.
