Abstract

This invention concerns a method for making organic micro-growth media enriched with beneficial microbiota. Organic materials function to restore, maintain, and improve soil capacity. Organic materials can be used as the basic material for growing rice seeds in the form of a pinch of material, cubes / cylindrical, or balls with small holes / or no holes at the top. This media is fermented and enriched with beneficial microbiota in the form of atmospheric N2-fixing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, and phosphate-solubilizing fungi, cellulolytic bacteria, and Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria microorganisms. This media is called the Micro Enrichment Media (MEM) method and is used for tidal, acid sulfate rice fields. The purpose of the invention is to make the provision / return of soil organic matter in plant growth holes with biomass enriched with beneficial microorganisms, store and provide water and nutrients, protect seeds / seedlings until they grow into plants, and avoid toxic metal compounds or the so-called Micro Enrichment Media method abbreviated (MEM) used for tidal rice fields. The results of the study obtained are that this media invention is able to reduce Fe solubility, thereby protecting the growth of seeds and rice root systems against Fe poisoning and improving biological conditions by engineering the development of beneficial microorganisms for rice plants in acid sulfate land.
