FERMENTED TOFU DUMP FEED FORMULA WITH FERMENTED VEGETABLE EXTRACT STARTER

Abstract

This invention relates to a fermented tofu dregs feed formula fermented with fermented vegetable extract starter. More specifically, this invention relates to a fermented tofu dregs feed formula consisting of tofu dregs with the addition of 5% fermented vegetable extract and 2.5% molasses based on the weight of the tofu dregs. The content of the fermented tofu dregs with fermented vegetable extract starter is 4.24% ash content; 27.04% crude protein; 4.63% crude fat; 23.78% crude fiber; and 40.31% nitrogen-free extract material;. The fermented tofu dregs contain a total of 1.32x103 CFU of fungi and a total of 3.24x1010 CFU of LAB. The use of a fermented tofu dregs feed formula with fermented vegetable extract starter can increase the nutritional content of tofu dregs and reduce crude fiber.
