CHICKEN FEATHER PANELS FOR INTERIORS WITH THE ADDITION OF NANO MATERIAL CaCO3

Abstract

This invention discloses a chicken feather-based panel specifically formulated for sustainable interior applications. The panel is manufactured using a PVAc adhesive modified with vinegar and salt to inhibit mold growth, plus 2% w / w nano CaCO3 to increase durability, and 2% w / w fiber mesh reinforcement to strengthen the structure. The manufacturing process includes cleaning, shredding, mixing, molding, pressing, and oven and sun drying. The resulting panels have improved mechanical strength, increased moisture resistance, and acoustic properties that support modern interior applications. This invention provides an environmentally friendly, economical, and sustainable material solution, while reducing chicken feather waste pollution.
