Portable Digital Posyandu Education and Recording Kit System

Abstract

This invention provides an integrated kit system to support integrated health post (Posyandu) activities in an efficient, standardized, and data-driven manner. This system includes a portable device (smartphone or tablet) equipped with local storage so that it can operate without a network connection (offline), a data recording and management application module with electronic forms for participant registration and toddler registration, and an interactive digital educational media module containing audiovisual, infographic, or text content. The three modules are integrated in one integrated kit package that can be operated by Posyandu cadres independently, both online and offline. This invention improves the accuracy of recording, the effectiveness of education, and the efficiency of public health services. This system also enables longitudinal data analysis for monitoring child growth and decision-making in local health programs.
