Abstract

This invention discloses an interactive digital application for learning, managing, and validating sharia contracts based on artificial intelligence technology. This system integrates a structured contract law database that includes contract definitions and legal sources from the Qur'an, Hadith, and authoritative fatwas, with an artificial intelligence-based analytical module capable of automatically classifying contract types and assessing the validity of contracts based on the pillars and conditions of the contract according to Islamic law parameters. This system is also equipped with a real-life case-based learning simulation module that allows users to interactively understand the mechanism of cancellation and termination of contracts, as well as a responsive user interface for real-time sharia law recommendations.The superiority of this invention lies in the comprehensive integration of authentic Islamic legal sources, artificial intelligence, and learning simulations, resulting in an integrated platform that improves the accuracy, accessibility, and effectiveness of learning and verification of digital sharia contracts.
