Abstract
This invention relates to an integrated production system development model through social manufacturing, in the form of a product personalization method characterized by social innovation in a manufacturing system model with the following stages: receiving customer requests through social media; conducting a system needs analysis, by identifying the desired product, hardware or production equipment requirements for product manufacturing; searching for manufacturing resources (HR) from a database containing industrial business data (micro, small, medium, large) and individual businesses, smart factories, storage warehouses and so on by disseminating information to partnered HR; determining HR in accordance with the contract or agreement for the joint production process in the form of a contract letter document; sending customer product design image files to HR through a web-based Social Manufacturing Monitoring System (SMMS);carrying out the production process by human resources characterized by installing RFID on finished products; sending products produced in stage (f) via courier, who has installed a Global Positioning System (GPS) based delivery application; reading RFID tags installed on products sent in stage (g) for identification, then replacing the RFID with a new RFID tag, and then the product will be taken to the integrator section; combining or assembling product parts, to form products according to customer requests.;
