Abstract

DIGITAL CAMERA HOLDERING AND ALIGNMENT DEVICE FOR INTEGRATION INTO A LENSOMETER: The present invention relates to a digital camera mounting and alignment device for integration into a lensometer. The device is designed to allow the mounting of a digital camera on the lensometer observation section in a stable manner and parallel to the optical axis of the lensometer without requiring permanent modification to the main device. The invention comprises a camera mount, a camera-to-lensometer mounting adapter, and a lensometer mount assembled into a single device. The camera mount serves to place the digital camera, the mounting adapter serves as a connecting and alignment element, while the lensometer mount serves as a mounting point for the device in the eyepiece area of ​​the lensometer.With this configuration, lensometer measurement results can be captured by a digital camera and displayed on an external display, allowing simultaneous observation by more than one user. This invention provides a practical solution to enhance the functionality of conventional lensometers in optical measurement, education, training, and demonstration activities.
