Abstract

This invention relates to the composition of making synbiotic candy from yogurt. In this invention the composition of synbiotic candy consists of milk as much as 50-55% v / w, red Papua fruit extract as much as 5-10% w / w, cherry fruit extract as much as 5-10% w / w, porang glucomannan as much as 20-25% w / w, and wild forest honey as much as 5-10% w / w. In the composition of the synbiotic candy, it is preferred in a ratio of 1: 0.45: 0.1: 0.1: 0.2. The composition of the synbiotic candy from yogurt, for every 40 grams contains 25.83% protein, 11.14% carbohydrates, and good bacteria as much as 8 Log CFU mL-1.
