CIGARETTES PACKAGING WITH A BACK PAPER FOLD STRUCTURE TO OPEN THE TOP CAP BY SLIDING THE INNER PACKAGING MOVEMENT

Abstract

The present invention relates to a cigarette package (1) made of paper or cardboard folding having an outer package (2), an inner package (10), a top cover (20), and a back paper folding structure (30). The inner package (10) is slidably positioned within the outer package (2) and can move up and down along a vertical translation path (38). The top cover (20) is connected to the inner package (10) via a lid hinge line (25). The back paper folding structure (30) includes an anchor panel (31) held against the outer package (2) and a connecting / moving panel (32) located between the anchor panel (31) and the top cover (20). When the inner package (10) is shifted upward relative to the outer package (2), the connecting / moving panel (32) transmits an opening force to the top cover (20) so that the top cover (20) rotates backward on the lid hinge line (25).When the inner packaging (10) is slid back down, the connecting / actuating panel (32) folds back so that the top cover (20) returns to the closed position.
