Equipment mount, method and system

Abstract

The equipment mount 100 for attaching equipment to an intermodal container 10. The equipment mount 100 comprises a rail 102 having a first end 104 and a second end 106. The equipment mount 100 comprises a first supporting mechanism 108 for supporting the equipment mount 100 on the intermodal container 10. The first supporting mechanism 108 comprising a hook 110 coupled to the first end 104 of the rail 102. The hook 11-comprising a free end arranged to be received in an opening of a first corner casting 16 of the intermodal container 10 to hang the equipment mount 100 over the first corner casting 16. Equipment may be mounted on the rail 102 to thereby attach equipment to the intermodal container 10.
