Real-Time Sensor-Based Analysis and Process Control for Contact Lens Manufacturing

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for analyzing data collected from sensors in real time that they are monitoring the production of contact lenses. In particular, the method analyzes the data to identify when important variables need to be checked based on the collected data by the sensors in real time, those variables are related to the printing process of contact lenses. The invention also relates to a method of decisions about when to control those important variables, to make important variables related decisions, and to control the production in the printing process of contact lenses based on a similarly dynamic computerized process.
