Abstract

The present invention provides a milling device for additive manufacturing, falling within the technical field of arc additive manufacturing. The device includes an X-axis transmission system and a support. A slidable Y-axis transmission system is mounted on the X-axis transmission system. A liftable Z-axis transmission system is mounted at a top of the Y-axis transmission system. A slidable moving plate is mounted on the Z-axis transmission system. An arc additive device and a milling cutter are mounted at a bottom of the moving plate. The X-axis transmission system includes a stepping motor, a ball screw pair and two guide rails. According to the present invention, through the cooperation of the X-axis transmission system, the Y-axis transmission system, the Z-axis transmission system and a PLC controller, a moving plate is driven to move to a specified position, additional materials are added to material by means of the milling cutter, and the material after adding additional materials is polished, thereby improving the accuracy of the material after adding additional materials, avoiding that the accuracy is out of tolerance to cause defects, and saving cost.
