Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of concrete pipe pile production, and in particular to a prefabricated large-diameter ultra-high performance concrete pipe pile and a construction technology. The prefabricated large-diameter ultra-high performance concrete pipe pile includes a third concrete pipe, where a second concrete pipe is slidably mounted at a front end of the third concrete pipe, a first concrete pipe is slidably mounted at a front end of the second concrete pipe, a flange plate is fixedly mounted between the third concrete pipe, the second concrete pipe and the first concrete pipe, nuts are slidably mounted inside the flange plate, the nuts are annularly distributed, and a reinforcing structure includes a positioning component, reinforcing steel bars and stirrups, where the stirrups are equidistantly welded on an outer ring of the reinforcing steel bar, the positioning component is slidably mounted on the reinforcing steel bar, and the positioning component includes a supporting device and a locking group, where the locking group is fixedly mounted inside the supporting device, the locking group is annularly distributed, and the supporting device includes a reinforcing support plate, a hollow groove, a circular hole, a limiting ring, a through groove and a guide cavity. The purpose of preventing the stirrup from loosening is achieved by means of arrangement of the reinforcing structure.
