Dry-mixed mortar quantitative subpackaging apparatus

Abstract

The patent relates to the field of mortar filling technologies, and in particular to a dry-mixed mortar quantitative subpackaging apparatus, including a filling barrel, where a hopper is arranged on a top of the filling barrel; a discharge pipe is arranged at a bottom of the filling barrel; a quantitative discharge component is arranged inside the filling barrel, and includes a first sealing plate, a charging table, a drive piece, and a second sealing plate; the first material falling port is formed in a position, close to an excircle, of the first sealing plate; a charging table is arranged at a bottom of the first sealing plate, and is provided with a plurality of charging channels; the drive piece is fixedly arranged on a top of the filling barrel; the second sealing plate is arranged at a bottom of the charging table; and the second material falling port is formed in a position, close to the excircle, of the second sealing plate. Due to same capacities of all the charging channels, the quantitative subpackaging accuracy of dry-mixed mortar is improved, and the problem that an existing dry-mixed mortar filling machine needs manual control on a filling amount is solved, so that weights of all bags are different, which brings trouble to a subsequent proportioning use.
