System and Method for Capturing and Authenticating Human-Generated Inventions

Abstract

A system for capturing and authenticating human-created inventions, comprising: a mobile device comprising an accelerometer; a software program installed on the mobile device and configured for executing a set of instructions for capturing an invention from a user, wherein capturing the invention comprising the steps of: prompting the user to answer a series of questions related to the invention via audio or text input; recording the answers providing by the users in a memory of the electronic device; executing a user authentication procedure, wherein the software application prompts the user to move their device in a particular sequence; wherein the software application records the date / time event corresponding to the time of the invention capture event(s); wherein the accelerometer records the date / time event corresponding to the time of the invention capture event; wherein the software application authenticates and matches the date / time and duration of all the invention capture events.
