Industrial robot for welding

Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial robot for welding, the main points of its technical solution are: a base plate with a pedestal mounted on top. An installation block is on the pedestal, and a fixing block is mounted on the installation block. A mechanical arm is attached to one side of the fixing block, with a welding head on the bottom of the arm. A cooling assembly on top of the arm cools the welding workpiece. During welding, by setting a nozzle, a water pump activates, extracting cooling liquid from the tank and spraying it onto the welding area through a nozzle, continuously cooling the area to ensure solidity. A filter screen ensures that when the cooling liquid flows into the collection tank, it first passes through the support net and then the filter screen, filtering out residues and facilitating recycling and reuse of the cooling liquid.
