Dredging Device for Preventing Blockage of Port Channel

Abstract

A dredging device for preventing blockage of a port channel includes a mud shovel bucket (2), a dragging boat and a sedimentation tank. A crushing mechanism (9,5,13) is arranged in the mud shovel bucket (2), and the crushing mechanism (9,5,13) is used for crushing crushed stones, so as to prevent pipelines from being blocked. The crushing mechanism (9,5,13) includes a drum (9),a plurality of suction holes (6) are formed on the drum (9), and a plurality of first crushing teeth (5) are fixedly connected to a periphery of the drum (9). A crushing mechanism is arranged in the mud shovel bucket (2), larger crushed stones and harder soil blocks are decomposed, and an anti-blocking effect is achieved. Meanwhile, a flipping mechanism (3) is installed on both sides of the mud shovel bucket (2), and when encountering large rocks or reefs, the flipping is carried out. In addition, the dredging work is carried out by dragging a tensile suction pipe floating on the water surface by the dragging boat, while the other end of the tensile suction pipe is connected with the shore. Sedimentation equipment is arranged on the shore to discharge the clarified water back to the water area and recycle the precipitated sediment, which is practical and suitable for wide popularization and use.
