Abstract

The invention discloses a material for making constant-temperature lithium battery packs for electric vehicles with bullet-proof and explosion-proof and heat insulation, wherein the material uses a spiral network carbon fiber structure as a supporting structure, is attached with resorcinol-formaldehyde resin as a hard carbon source, and uses a variety of micro-nano fibers to prepare RF (ratio shift value) nanofiber aerogels, which are obtained by high-temperature carbonization and super elastic hard carbon aerogels; the super elastic hard carbon aerogel is mixed with a carbon material prepared by pyrolysis of a polymer compound; during the pyrolysis process of the carbon material, the carbon atoms are reconstituted into two-dimensional aromatic graphene sheets; roughly parallel graphene sheets produce soft aerogels at high temperatures, forming a composite super thermal insulation material that is a mixture of soft carbon aerogel, hard carbon aerogel, and spiral mesh carbon fiber. The materials of the invention solves the worldwide problem of lithium-ion batteries losing power when cold, and at the same time, the material can also be used in bullet-proof and explosion-proof clothing for soldiers, police on duty, and armored combat vehicles in border areas.
