Assembled building design method assisted by using building information modeling and virtual reality technologies

Abstract

Disclosed is an assembled building design method assisted by using building information modeling (BIM) and virtual reality (VR) technologies, including the steps of: step (1): building a main body structure by using a professional BIM software revit; step (2): importing a model made by revit into 3D Studio Max (3ds MAX) for optimization, and making a suitable material for the model; step (3): importing the optimized model into Unity 3D to simulate a construction environment; step (4): performing a test on Unity, reviewing a program, and checking whether each of modules operates normally; and step (5): selecting an output mode in build setting tabs after no exception, and finally forming a PC version of an application (APP). In the present invention, it is feasible to realize the virtual construction of assembled buildings by relying on BIM, VR and unity; and the preview of prefabricated assembled structure can realize the material transformation in advance and provide support for the optimization of material selection, thus effectively reducing the cost in actual construction.
