Abstract

The present invention discloses an industrial data acquisition system based on wireless sensor networks, effectively solving the drift phenomenon caused by wireless sensor networks, which affects the accuracy of data obtained by the industrial data acquisition system. The industrial data acquisition system provided by the present invention includes a data acquisition module, a data transmission module, and a data processing module; the data acquisition module is used to collect industrial status data and obtain various data signals based on a wireless sensor network composed of multiple wireless sensors; the data transmission module is used to receive various data signals collected by the data acquisition module; the data processing module is used to receive the data signal transmitted by the data transmission module, obtain the acquisition result based on the first data signal, and obtain the replacement result of the sensor based on the second data signal, thereby ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of industrial data.
