Construction Method for Synchronous Erection of Beams on Each Layer of Common-pier Three-deck Bridge of Main Line and Ramp

Abstract

The invention discloses a construction method for synchronous erection of beams on each layer of common-pier three-deck bridge of main line and ramp. Firstly, complete bent cap construction for three layers of the bridge at one time; secondly, place bridge erecting machine on main line bridge deck on top. When beam carriers are respectively on ramp A of bottom layer, ramp B of middle layer and main line of top line, transport beams from the bottom layer, middle layer and top layer by coordinating with the bridge erecting machine, achieving beam erection of ramp A on bottom layer, ramp B on middle layer and main line of top layer. The invention effectively avoids mutual constraints of alternating operations between bent cap construction and bridge erection in each layer of the bridge, significantly improves the construction efficiency, reduces construction time and costs and provides valuable construction experience for similar projects.
