Abstract
The present application discloses a method, device and product for determining a bionic wear-resistant airfoil, which relate to the technical field of bionic airfoils. The method includes: obtaining an image of a typical posture of a lizard in resisting a wind and sand strike; determining a profile boundary of the typical posture according to the image of the typical posture; obtaining profile line feature points through discretization on the profile boundary of the typical posture; dividing the profile boundary by using the profile line feature points and a bending feature of the profile boundary; performing, with a polynomial, smooth curve fitting on profile line feature points as a result of division; determining a suction surface profile and a pressure surface profile of the bionic wear-resistant airfoil according to a fitting result; determining a bionic wear-resistant airfoil section according to the suction surface profile and the pressure surface profile; and generating the bionic wear-resistant airfoil by performing, with three-dimensional design software, lofting processing according to the bionic wear-resistant airfoil section. The present application can improve erosion and wear resistance performances of a surface of the airfoil by changing a strike mode of sand grains.
