Abstract

Disclosed is a shield cutter head for cutting a reinforced concrete diaphragm wall in a water-rich soft stratum. The cutter head includes a central mounting panel and cutter beams. The cutter beams include spoke-type cutter beams and panel-type cutter beams and are distributed at intervals around the central mounting panel to form a circular cutter head structure. The spoke-type cutter beams are connected to the central mounting panel, the panel-type cutter beams are connected to the spoke-type cutter beams via annular beams, and the outermost annular beam forms a cutter head outer ring. Double-edge tearing cutters, bolted tearing cutters, advanced bolted tearing cutters, hobs, retractable hobs, shell cutters and scrapers are provided on the cutter head. Based on structural characteristics (the position and the diameter of main rebars in the wall and conditions of other reinforcements) of the diaphragm wall, the present invention designs stepped height arrangements suitable for the cutters of the shield cutter head for cutting the diaphragm wall. By designing different cutter height steps, the wear of the cutters is significantly reduced, thereby greatly improving the cutting efficiency of a shield tunnelling machine on the diaphragm wall.
