Equipment for the multi-medium high-speed jet heat treatment with sectional cooling capabilities

Abstract

This invention discloses a thermal treatment apparatus using the multi-medium high-speed jet to cool down integral forging parts section by section with adjustable cooling rates. It includes a high-temperature heating furnace, a transfer system, a cooling system, and a water-gas supply system. The proposed multi-medium high-speed jet heat treatment apparatus can achieve heating, heat treatment, and quenching simultaneously. It allows for sectional cooling of the workpiece with a adjustable cooling rate, reducing production costs and improving operational efficiency while achieving clean and pollution-free processes.
