Abstract
The present invention discloses a waste heat recovery and utilization system for ship incinerators. the system includes a thermoelectric conversion device, a cooling water system, a rectifier circuit and a storage battery. the outer wall of the furnace body of the ship incinerator is surrounded by several thermoelectric conversion devices from top to bottom. The outer circle of several thermoelectric conversion devices is provided with a cooling water system. Each thermoelectric conversion service includes a thermoelectric module group. One side of the thermoelectric module group absorbs the heat accumulated on the outer wall of the furnace body of the ship incinerator to form a hot end, and the other side is provided with a heat dissipation component to form a cold end. Electric energy is generated by utilizing the temperature difference between the hot end and the cold end, and is stored in the storage battery through a rectifier circuit. The waste heat recovery and utilization system for ship incinerators of the present invention realizes the recycling and reuse of the heat generated by the incinerator by means of the reasonable layout and installation of the thermoelectric module group, and designs a cooling water system to increase the temperature difference between the hot end and the cold end of the thermoelectric module group, and absorption of the thermoelectric module group.
