Abstract
A multi-attribute risks evaluation model, system and application device for submarine pipelines based on EWBP weighting algorithm and IT2-FCETOPSIS evaluation algorithm belongs to field of oil and gas chemical risk evaluation. According to the present invention, the EWBP weighting algorithm, the risk evaluation algorithm IT2-FCETOPSIS and the improved fusion TOPSIS algorithm are used to calculate the risk degree of the failure mode, analyze the sensitivity of the relaxation factor and accurately analyze the risk priority.
