MDI included Net Zero Green Energy Pallet Composition

Abstract

The MDI included Net Zero Green Energy Pallet containing MDI is composed of recycled wood, processing residual wood, sawdust, straw, etc., which are processed by machines, crushed and dried, and the wood chips are mixed with Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) component glue which is mixed and made by hot pressing in a mold at high temperature. Among these, the "MDI included Net Zero Green Energy Pallet" holding MDI is primarily square in shape, with a pallet body, three rectangular legs, and several supporting ribs. The inside of the rectangular support legs is concave downward, while the exterior is protruded. The inside of the rectangular support legs concaves downwards, while the exterior is protruded. The rectangular support leg’s structure allows the pallets to be handled on conveyor belts and improves their stability.
