Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional gradient pressure-bearing shell grading recovery method for controlling deep roadway surrounding rock stability, which comprises the following steps: dividing the surrounding rock into a broken 5 zone, a plastic zone and an elastic zone in turn from outside; for the three-dimensional gradient pressure-bearing shell grading recovery method for controlling deep roadway surrounding rock stability, anchor rod and high-strength grouting material are used to support the broken zone to form the broken zone pressure-bearing shell; for the three-dimensional gradient pressure-bearing shell grading recovery method for 10 controlling deep roadway surrounding rock stability, anchor cable and nano-grouting material are used to support the plastic zone to form the plastic zone pressure-bearing shell. Three-dimensional gradient pressure-bearing shell grading recovery method based on controlling deep roadway surrounding rock stability, the broken zone pressure-bearing shell and the plastic zone pressure-bearing shell form double 15 pressure-bearing shells, and the three-dimensional gradient pressure-bearing shell grading recovery of roadway surrounding rock stability is completed. The invention ensures the recovery of the initial strength of the surrounding rock, and can recover 60% of the initial strength of the surrounding rock in the broken zone and 85% of the initial strength of the surrounding rock in the plastic zone.
