Abstract
The present invention relates to a detection device and detection method for anti-reflective performance of metal surface coating after wear, wherein the detection device is a semi-spherical test box, including a bottom plate and a semi-spherical shell, the inner wall of the shell and the inner wall of the bottom plate is provided with black light-absorbing cloth, the bottom plate is marked with a dial, a parallel light source is arranged on the semi-spherical shell directly above the dial, the light of the parallel light source is perpendicular to the plane where the dial is located, a plurality of light intensity detectors are arranged on the shell, and the semi-spherical shell is detachably connected to the bottom plate. After the test sample is put into the test box, the parallel light irradiates the wear surface of the test sample vertically, and the reflective intensity of the test sample before and after wear is detected by the light intensity detector, the reflective intensity enhancement rate is calculated according to the formula, the greater the reflective intensity enhancement rate, the poorer the anti-reflective performance of the surface coating after wear. In the present invention, the device is simple and easy to operate and can effectively measure the anti-reflective performance of metal surface coatings.
