Abstract

The example of the description discloses a handheld 3D printer, a printing material and a printing method, which belongs to the technical field of food processing. A lateral squeezing handheld 3D printer which can be used for food and the printing material without heating and loading can be realized. The printer includes a disposable ink sac arranged into a short cavity structure with a nozzle, and configured to carry the printing material; a spray gun structure, including a long cavity structure and a nozzle stopper fixed at a discharging end of the long cavity structure, where a cavity part of the short cavity structure is arranged in the long cavity structure, and the nozzle is fixed by means of the nozzle stopper and extends out of the long cavity structure; a lateral squeezing assembly, connected to an inner wall of the long cavity structure and also in contact with a side surface of the disposable ink sac in an axial direction of the long cavity structure; and a control driving assembly, arranged in the spray gun structure and connected to the lateral squeezing assembly.
