Low-carbon and environment-friendly emission typed boiler

Abstract

Disclosed is a low-carbon and environment-friendly emission typed boiler. the boiler comprises a boiler body, a combustion system, a water-cooling system, a flue system and a control system. The boiler body includes a convection tube bundle and a boiler barrel, the combustion system adopts a fully premixing combustion technology, and the water-cooling system adopts a fully water-cooling wall technology. By fully contacting wall surfaces of a combustion chamber with circulating water through the fully water-cooling wall, the combustion heat is efficiently absorbed and transferred, and the sensible heat and latent heat of vaporization in the high-temperature flue gas are fully recovered by a fully condensed flue gas heat exchange technology. The combination of the two greatly improves the energy utilization efficiency and directly reduces the fuel consumption, thus reducing the fuel consumption and energy cost.
