Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the field of road engineering detection, in particular to a low-temperature compensation method for sensors and an in-situ detection device for detecting mechanical properties of cement concrete road surfaces. The method comprises the steps: S1: selecting and mounting an efficient heating element and a thermal-insulating material; S2: integrating a built-in sensor module to monitor an operating temperature of sensors in real time; S3: developing and calibrating a PID control system to ensure precise control of heating element; S4: designing a temperature compensation algorithm to perform real-time correction based on data of the sensors; and S5: conducting laboratory and on-site tests in low-temperature environments to verify and optimize system performance. This ensures the stability and accuracy of the sensors and the data processing unit under extreme low-temperature conditions, and provides a non-destructive and real-time in-situ detection device for detecting mechanical properties of cement concrete road surfaces.
