A water-cooled chiller performance testing system

Abstract

The invention discloses a water-cooled chiller performance testing system, comprising four subsystems: heating capacity measuring, cooling capacity measuring, heat recovery and exchanging, and phase-change regulation. The heating capacity measuring, cooling capacity measuring subsystems are connected through water mixing piplines; the heating capacity measuring, heat recovery and exchanging, and phase-change regulation subsystems are connected via the constant-temperature water tank, with excess heat discharged outdoors by the cooling tower. The inlet water temperature and flow rate of the tested chiller’s evaporator and condenser can be controlled by adjusting the operating frequencies of the water pump and water mixing pump.
