Abstract
Provided are a device for stabilizing a hinged shaft for photovoltaic power generation, and a method for stabilizing a hinged shaft for photovoltaic power generation using the device. The device includes a base, an electric push rod, a hinged block, and a bearing plate; where the base includes a side plate and a bottom plate, a shaft seat and an electromagnetic brake are fixed to an upper side of the bottom plate, and a rotary shaft is connected between the shaft seat and the electromagnetic brake; one end of the rotary shaft penetrates the electromagnetic brake to be connected to an electric motor, an outer side of the rotary shaft is connected to a shaft sleeve, and an outer wall of the shaft sleeve is connected to a connection rod; and the electric push rod is connected to an upper end of the connection rod, an upper end of the electric push rod is connected to the hinged block, and an upper end of the hinged block is slidably connected to the bearing plate. According to the disclosure, the invention addresses two issues found in existing photovoltaic adjustable brackets: the low stability of the hinged shaft and the limited angle adjustment range of the photovoltaic panel achieved through the hinged shaft.
