Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method for a non-contact conductivity sensor, comprising the following steps: selecting a substrate material with good insulation performance and mechanical strength, and performing cleaning and drying treatment on it; using microfabrication technology to prepare an induction coil on the substrate material; uniformly coating an insulating layer on the induction coil; installing a signal processing circuit that matches the induction coil, and achieving effective connection between the two through wires; encapsulating and testing the performance of the prepared sensor. The sensor prepared by this method has stable performance and high measurement accuracy, and can meet the application needs in various fields.
