Muck conveying device for tunnel excavation equipment

Abstract

The present invention relates to a muck conveying device for tunnel excavation equipment, including a vehicle frame, a receiving hopper and a box body fixedly arranged on the vehicle frame. A conveying assembly is arranged between the receiving hopper and the box body, a reaction tank is arranged on the vehicle frame, a diluting and crushing mechanism is arranged between the reaction tank and the box body, and a discharge assembly is further arranged on the vehicle frame. The discharge assembly is connected to the diluting and crushing mechanism, and the discharge assembly may discharge slurry in the box body out of a tunnel under the action of the diluting and crushing mechanism. In the present invention, by the mutual cooperation of the diluting and crushing mechanism and the discharge assembly, the muck in the box body is crushed and chemically treated to make the muck become slurry that is not easily precipitated, and then the slurry in the box body is conveyed out of the tunnel through the discharge assembly, having the advantages of improving efficiency of tunnel muck discharge, and not generating a large amount of dust to pollute the air.
