Abstract

The present invention discloses an Antarctic krill drying system with bidirectional step adjustment of vacuum degree. The system comprises a hollow blade dryer with a first pipeline and a second pipeline arranged outside and connected to the inside of the hollow blade dryer. The first pipeline is fixed with a first vacuum pump and a second vacuum pump. The inlet of the first vacuum pump is equipped with a condenser and the inlet end of the condenser is fixed with a first electric ball valve, and the inlet end of the first electric ball valve is fixed with the first pipeline. The inlet end of the second vacuum pump is fixed with a vacuum buffer tank and the outlet end of the vacuum buffer tank is fixed with a second electric ball valve where is the inlet of the second electric ball valve is fixed to the first pipeline. The hollow blade dryer is also equipped with a material buffering system at the inlet and outlet. This invention solves the problem of poor drying effect of Antarctic krill.
