2. The system of Claim 1 , wherein at least some of the API components have been previously used by a user, thereby furthering the trusted results as a result of the searches being further informed by user's past interests and behavior.

The system of Claim 1, further including a user prediction component ("UPC") configured to predict user preferences based upon historical user content interactions, including patterns, trends and preferences unique to each user, further configured to provide key indicators of preferencesincluding duration of content consumption, interaction frequency and content category engagement.

The system of Claim 3, wherein the UPC incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning components configured to analyze and interpret user content interactions and provide continuous learning processes including by employing predictive modeling techniques to forecast content user is likely to employ in the future.
5. The system of Claim 1, including a smart playlist component configured to analyze textual user inputs in broadcasts of story plots to help enable creation of personalized content playlists.
6. The system of Claim 5, wherein the smart playlist component includes natural language processing components configured to analyze textual user inputs, user story plots, thematic preferences to extract user content preferences.
7. The system of Claim 1, including a story arc component configured to analyze video content to determine storyline structure encompassing exposition, rising action, climax, falling action and resolution, specifically targeting narrative structures.

The system of Claim 7, wherein the story arc component includes a narrative encapsulation component configured to recognize and encapsulate the identified narrative elements and organize these elements in a meaningful way whereby user understanding fosters storytelling techniques employed in multimedia content.
9. The system of Claim 1, including automatic emotional processing components configured to process audio, video and textual data to automatically categorize content into different emotional categories.
10. The system of Claim 9, wherein the emotional processing component includes an emotion highlighting component configured to display a visually highlighted color within each tile to provide an emotional overview of the content by color ledger.
11. The systemof Claim 1, wherein at least some of the search engines are selected from the group consisting of Google, Yahoo, Firefox, iBoogie, Ask, Abot, Entireweb, Gigablast, Wisenut, ODP, Live,Shopzilla and combinations thereof.
12. The system of Claim 1 , wherein search indicia included in the bundled algorithm are further selected from the group consisting of user's interests, people, brands, social media memberships, social media subscriptions and combinations thereof.
13. The system of Claim 1 , wherein at least some of the social media are selected from the group consisting of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Daily Motion, Tik Tok, Google, Bing, Reddit, Odysee, Pexel, Devian Art, Yandex, Vimeo, Twitch, Crackle and combinations thereof.
14. Claim 1, wherein the broadcast contains various story points and the broadcast media stream component configured such that users can compare and contrast opposing story points of any streaming media tile based on the API component source.
15. The system of claim 1, wherein the display component includes a spherical metaverse configured to display all of the retrieved content video tiles to be selected for user curation of a broadcast.
16. The system of claim 1, wherein said system processing component is selected from the group consisting of mobile devices, computers, virtual reality devices, game consoles, laptops, artificial intelligence devices and combinations thereof.
17. The system of claim 1, including a stake and mining component configured for calculation of proof of work by forecasting the number of views any respective video tile or combination in the broadcast will receive in a given time period, said stake and mining component further configured to allow a wager to be placed on the forecast of the number of views and pay out rewards if said wager is correct.
18. The system of Claim 1, wherein the blockchain component is further configured to track as data, the views of the sponsored media branding video tiles.
19. The system of Claim 1, wherein the leveraging of the number of views over a predicted duration in time is used to achieve consensus, thus eliminating the need for energy-intensive computational tasks.

A system for constructing a personalized and user-assembled meta search engine to generate search engine results displayed as video tiles that allow a user to curate a broadcast of selected video tiles that can be published and ledgered onto a blockchain and to foster tracking of user data and behaviors and issuing cryptographic rewards comprising: at least one processor programed to perform operations associated with the system; one or more data bases having a memory configured for storing a plurality of media elements and resultant information from operations associated with the system; at least one central processing unit server having a memory interface to access the database and instructions stored in the memory and including one or more processors each configured for executing the stored instructions for performing at least one operation in the system on the media elements and to service the system including; Application Programing Interface (API) components, selected from the group consisting of a plurality of separate search engine, social media, and business utility Application Programing Interfaces (APIs), a meta-search engine component that combines multiple Application Programing Interface (API) components to operate collectively as the initial bundled search algorithm configured to retrieve aggregated streaming media search results from at least three separate multiple Application Programing Interface (API) components to form a bundled algorithm component; a single Representational State Transfer Compliant System Application Programing Interface (RESTful API) component is generated by seamlessly integrating user data and behaviors; a user curated broadcast media stream component; a user created media stream sponsored advertisements component selected and embeddedby the user within the combined broadcast; a blockchain component, wherein the video tile or tiles in the published and ledgered broadcast may be published as a blockchain-based non-fungible token (NFT); said system further configured for making a wager on the published and ledgered broadcast wherein proof of work (PoW) is calculated by forecasting the number of views a selected video or videos in the broadcast will receive in a given time period and staking a wager on the forecast and mining cryptographic rewards for being correct.

(Amended Claims (21)) A method for constructing a personalized and user-assembled metasearch engine that displays search results in the form of video tiles which are curated into a broadcast and includes a gallery of sponsored video advertisement tiles that are published as a blockchain-based non-fungible token having individual blocks, and may include stake and wagering of anticipated views of the tiles over a period of time for cryptographic rewards and to solve the associated cryptographic puzzle for each block in a blockchain, comprising: selecting multiple Application Programing Interface (API) components that may include a plurality of separate search engine, social media, and business Application Programing Interfaces (APIs), wherein said Application Programing Interface (API) components operate collectively as a bundled algorithm; retrieving streaming media search results in the form of video tiles using said initial bundled algorithm; generating a single Representational State Transfer Compliant System Application Programing Interface (RESTful API) by seamlessly integrating wherein user data and behaviors from said Application Programing Interface (API) components; curating content from the aggregated streaming media search results into a broadcast; embedding media streaming sponsored advertisements selected and placed by the user within the broadcast; andpublishing said broadcast as a blockchain-based non-fungible token (NFT).

The method of claim 21, further including making a wager on the broadcast, calculating proof of work by forecasting the number of views the broadcast will receive in a given time period; and mining rewards for being correct. 23.The method of Claim 22, wherein the leveraging of the number of views the broadcast will receive in a given period of time to achieve consensus eliminates the need for energy intensive computational tasks. 24.The method of Claim 21, further including fostering enhanced media literacy by comparing the search results to obtain lateral content-discovery of diverse viewpoints.
25. The method of Claim 21, further including integrating educational matrices and-meta data to allow users to understand prevalent content preferences and behaviors that provide users with real-time insights into popular media consumption patterns and trends.

The method of claim 21 for use in digital rights management (DRM) and content policing, wherein the search results include at least two similar search result tiles which are called competing assets, by assigning a unique asset ID number to each tile of curated streaming media, caching each asset in said curated streaming media, comparing cached assets to identify content matches, determining which of the cached assets resulted from an original source, and notifying the owner or stakeholder of the asset from the original source.

A method for establishing information and media literacy precepts within a gamified internet broadcast network, fostering holistic information and media literacy in an immersive environment comprising the steps of: aggregating content from diverse API components displayed within an arrangement that facilitates cross-source content exploration enhancing media literacy by exposing users to variedperspectives; integrating educational metrics, matrices of popular at large and meta data delivery to offer real-time insights into popular media consumption patterns across the UI wherein user media literacy comprehension of prevalent content preferences and behaviors is enabled by fostering critical analysis vulnerability algorithm and misinformation; assembling users assemble content from multiple media search results into a personalized broadcast of media streams that allows users to create multimedia narratives encompassing various perspectives fostering media literacy through active content curation and storytelling; identifying bias and misinformation in media assets from an informed perspective by analyzing search result content represented by tiles within the UI to highlight biases, imbalances and / or misinformation; and educating users about Proof of Work (PoW) on the blockchain and popular at large by allowing users to predict future views within a given time period.

A method of claim 27, further including inserting into user broadcasts, advertising placements featuring educational values incorporating informative and socially responsible content alongside brand messaging, wherein users are encouraged to critically evaluate the advertising messages for enhanced media literacy.
29. A method of claim 27, further including activating content bias filters, customizing the content bias filters to include user preferences, and curating broadcasts whereby the broadcast is curated based upon the user's biases.
30. A method of claim 27, wherein a bias score is generated for video content including the steps of: quantifying bias values for given content based upon linguistic and visual cues, and curating broadcasts using content quantified by selected bias values.
31. A method of claim 27, wherein natural language processing algorithms calculate bias valuesby analyzing spoken words, dialogues and textual overlays in the video content to identify linguistic patterns, keywords and contextual cues that indicate a particular bias.
32. A method as in claim 27, further including assessing visual aspects including color schemes, imagery choices and editing techniques that identify biases.
33. A method as in claim 27, further including analyzing user reviews of the content.

A non-transitory computer readable medium containing program instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of constructing a personalized and user assembled meta-search engine that displays search results in the form of video tiles which are curated into a broadcast and includes a gallery of sponsored video advertisements tdes, a published curated broadcast as a blockchain-based non- fungible token (NFT) and may include stake and wagering of anticipated views of the tiles for a given tie period for cryptographic rewards and to solve the associated cryptographic puzzle for each block in a blockchain comprising; selecting by a user multiple ApplicationPrograming Interface (API) components that may include a plurality of separate search engine, social media, and business Application Programing Interfaces (APIs), wherein said Application Programing Interface (API) components operate collectively as an initial bundled algorithm; retrieving streaming media search results in the form of video tiles using said initial bundled algorithm; generating a single Representational State Transfer Compliant System Application Programing Interface (RESTful API) by seamlessly integrating user data and behaviors search results from said Application Programing Interface (API) components into a bundled algorithm; curating by a user content from the aggregated streaming media search result on to a broadcast;embedding media streaming sponsored advertisements selected and placed by the user within the broadcast; publishing said broadcast as a blockchain-based non-fungible token (NFT); implementing proof of work by making a wager on the broadcast; forecasting the number of views a selected video or videos in the broadcast will receive in a given time period; and staking a wager on the forecast and mining cryptographic rewards for being correct.

The n on-transitory computer readable medium of Claim 35, for use in digital rights management (DRM) and content policing, wherein the streaming media search results include at least two similar search result assets in the form of tiles, one of said streaming media search results derived from the original owner or stakeholder and the other, a conflicting asset of the original asset, wherein the assets are curated into a broadcast, published and cached in a temporary storage location,, further including: assigning a unique asset ID number to each tile of curated streaming media; caching each asset in said curated streaming media; comparing cached assets to identify content matches; determining which of the cached tiles result from an original source; and notifying the owner or stakeholder of the asset from the original source of the conflicting asset.

A method for constructing a personalized and user-assembled a meta-search engine that displays aggregated streaming media search results in the form of video tiles comprising the steps of: selecting at least three Application Programing Interface (API) components that include Application Programing Interfaces (APIs) from separate search engines, social mediamemberships, business utilities and their combinations, wherein said Application ProgramingInterface (API) components operate collectively as the meta-search engine.

A method for use in digital rights management (DRM) and content policing, wherein streaming broadcasts include at least two similar search result assets in the form of video tiles, one of said video tiles derived from an owner or stakeholder, and the other, a conflicting video tile, wherein the video tiles are cached in a temporary storage location, further including: assigning a unique asset ID number to each video tile; caching each video tile; comparing cached video tiles to identify content matches; determining which of the video tiles are derived from an owner or stakeholder; and notifying the owner or stakeholder of the conflicting video tile.

A method for use in permissible data harvesting, wherein user behaviors and data are ledgered on a blockchain, including the steps of: selecting a plurality of separate search engine, social media, and utility application programming interface (API) components, wherein said components are configured to operate collectively as a bundled algorithm, retrieving streaming media search results, wherein said bundled algorithm seamlessly integrates data and search results from said API components to generate a single RESTful API component for tracking the data and user behaviors; curating content from the aggregated streaming media search results into a broadcast; ledgering the broadcast on the blockchain; and harvesting the data and user behaviors from the RESTful API component.
40. A method for gamification of a broadcast which implements proof of work, wherein a broadcast includes video tiles, further includes the steps of: staking tokens on any of the selected video tiles of the broadcast; forecasting the number of views the selected video or videos on the native platform a selected tile or tiles in the broadcast will receive in a given time period; staking a wager on the forecast; and mining cryptographic token rewards for being correct.
41. The method of Claim 40, where Proof of Work is implemented on a single block of a blockchain including the steps of: implementing Proof of Work (PoW) on a single block of the blockchain until an associated cryptographic puzzle is resolved.

A method for automatically curating a broadcast of video assets into a narrative sequence comprising the steps of: receiving a selection of video assets from multimedia sources; analyzing the video assets using natural language processing (“NLP”) and image recognition algorithms content characteristics selected form thematic, emotional and narrative elements; assigning of each asset a position within a narrative structure based upon the assets content characteristics; calculating optimal transmission point between video assets to ensure a seamless flow of narrative elements selected from the group consisting of exposition, initial incident, rising action, climax, falling action, resolution, denouement and combinations thereof; wherein the video assets are arranged into a logical progression in accordance with a seamless flow of the narrative elements to create a broadcast.
43. The method of Claim 42, further including; providing a media player interface that plays the broadcast; allowing user interaction with the media player; allowing user feedback to refine the narrative sequencing of video asset.

The method of Claim 42, where the narrative sequence includes a plurality of story arcs such as rags to riches, Icarus, Oedipus, man in a hole, Cinderella and the like, including the step of selecting a given story-arc wherein the assets are automatically assembled to create a broadcast along the lines of the selected story arc.
45. The method of Claim 42, wherein the analysis results are selected from the group consisting of surprising, happy, courageous or duplicate content matching assets, further including the step of identifying the analysis results as surprising, happy, courageous or duplicate content matching.

The method of Claim 38, further including: placing duplicate content matching assets in a storage component, analyzing each asset in the storage component to determine the asset owned by the asset owner or stakeholder versus a conflicting or counterfeit asset; reporting the conflicting asset to the owner or stakeholder.

A method for facilitating seamless transition between a personalized content creation metaverse and virtual worlds within a unified metaverse framework that may include branded content withing each metaverse as well as various vi50rtual worlds, including the steps of: providing a personalized content curation metaverse for users to create broadcasts from streaming media; providing virtual worlds within a unified metaverse network;providing tools and protocols for brands to acquire virtual land and establish virtual environments within their virtual environment metaverse; hosting virtual metaverse worlds where users can engage with content, purchase merchandise and experience brand specific activations.
48. The method of Claim 47, wherein the virtual metaverse worlds are compatible with virtual reality (“VR”) devices, Apple glasses and other VR platforms that ensure wide accessibility and user engagement.

A method for establishing information and media literacy precepts within a gamified internet broadcast network, fostering holistic information and media literacy in an immersive environment comprising the steps of: aggregating content from diverse API components displayed within an arrangement that facilitates cross-source content exploration; assembling user-assemble content from multiple media search results into a personalized broadcast of media streams that allows users to create multimedia narratives encompassing various perspectives fostering media literacy through active content curation and storytelling; identifying bias and misinformation in media assets from an informed perspective by analyzing search result content represented by tiles within the UI to highlight biases, imbalances and / or misinformation; and educating users about Proof of Work (PoW) on the blockchain and popular at large by allowing users to predict future views within a given time period.

A method of claim 54, further including inserting into user broadcasts, advertising placements featuring educational values incorporating informative and socially responsible content alongside brand messaging, wherein users are encouraged to critically evaluate the advertising messages for enhanced media literacy.
56. A method of claim 54, further including activating content bias filters, customizing thecontent bias filters to include user preferences, and curating broadcasts whereby the broadcast is curated based upon the user's biases.
57. A method of claim 54, wherein a bias score is generated for video content including the steps of: quantifying bias values for given content based upon linguistic and visual cues, and curating broadcasts using content quantified by selected bias values.
58. A method of claim 54, wherein natural language processing algorithms calculate bias values by analyzing spoken words, dialogues and textual overlays in the video content to identify linguistic patterns, keywords and contextual cues that indicate a particular bias.
59. A method as in claim 54, further including assessing visual aspects including color schemes, imagery choices and editing techniques that identify biases.
60. A method as in claim 54, further including analyzing user reviews of the content.
61. A method as in claim 54, further including analyzing content bias using fact checking methodologies.

A method as in claim 54, further including generating bias scores for selected content by combining user reviews, fact checking, linguistic and visual analysis results and empowering users to navigate the contents objectivity by virtue of the bias scores.STATEMENT UNDER ARTICLE 19 (1 )Amended claims identified in the replacement sheets are amended to correspond to those that issued as U.S. Patent No. 11,977,587.
