Preparation of esters of 2h-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxylic acid 1,1-dioxide useful as intermediates for preparing piroxicam and certain novel 2-(2-methyl-3-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-1,2-benzisosulfonazol-3-yl)-2-haloacetates used as starting materials therefor
