Field of InventionThe present invention relates to a portable device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a portable device to protect human eyes against polluted air. Even more particularly, the present invention integrates air filtration components, such as prefilters and HEPA filters, with micro fan systems in a wearable frame to safeguard the eyes from harmful airborne pollutants.Background of the Invention:Air pollution can have several negative effects on human eyes. Some of the common effects include irritation, dry eye syndrome, excessive tearing etc. This shows that in case of air pollution not only lungs but eyes also need to be protected. The existing solutions lacks protection of eyes from the air particles and does not include high efficiency particulate air filtration (HEPA filter) and which makes them highly permeable for the air pollutant particles to enter. In view of the above challenges and limitations, there is highly demand of an efficient portable device which can efficiently protects the eyes against polluted air and can stop even the microscopic particles to enter. Many researchers and inventors have worked on the same concept and developed related works but those inventions are lacking in mechanism or missing one or more features. Some of such inventions are discussed below.Reference has been made to US7118608B2, titled "Self-powered, wearable personal air purifier", by Wend LLC dated 2004-04-12 which discloses, a sequence of packed bed filter media packets having filter media therein of specifically targeted types that will absorb those ambient air pollutants that have been identified as being particularly dangerous to human health. A HEPA filter is included for the removal of particulate matter that will have adhered thereto many of such pollutants. Media types can be selected to meet different environmental circumstances, including normal highway or city center air, or terrorist attacks of chemical, biological or "dirty bomb" types as on a battlefield or similar environments. Shoulder straps and a chest strap are provided for wearing the apparatus on a user's back, or other means such as a shoulder pouch can also be employed. It uses a dual-filtration system consisting of a prefilter and a HEPA filter, which work together with a small fan system to remove large dust particles as well as fine particulate matter like PM2.5 and PM10 from the surrounding air and is powered by a rechargeable battery integrated into the device. A soft nose bridge seal ensures a snug fit, while the frame supports all the components, including connecting wires, a charging point, and an on / off button. It consists of a prefilter to prevent the large particle to enter; while, a HEPA filter helps to prevent small particulate matter ranging from 2.5PM to 10 PM and both filters are assembled with the small fan system and is powered by a rechargeable battery (9) to provide sufficient power to the device. The said portable device prevents entry of air pollutant particles even microscopic pollutant particles and provides pure and cool air to the human eyes. The said device includes air outlet holes (5, 6) near the lenses (1, 2), a nose bridge seal (3) for a snug fit, and neatly arranged connecting wires (10) around the frame (4), allowing purified air to be directed efficiently to the ocular region. Claims
1. A portable device to protect human eyes against polluted air, comprising of: a hollow structural frame (4) fitted with left and right lenses (1, 2), and also containing air outlet holes (5, 6) configured to direct purified air toward the user's eyes; a nose bridge seal (3) positioned between the lenses for ergonomic fit; left and right micro fans (7, 8) are powered by a rechargeable battery (9), and are integrated through connecting wire (10), which are interfaced around the said device (4); a filter material placed outside the fan (11), a charging point (12) for recharging the battery; and an on / off button (13) for activating or deactivating the airflow system; wherein said device consists of a prefilter and HEPA filter assembly with a small fan system and is powered by a said rechargeable battery (9), wherein prefilter stops the large size dust particles and the HEPA filter stops the particulate matter including PM 2.5 and PM 10 and delivers pure air to eyes.

5. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said nose bridge seal (3) is positioned in between lenses (1, 2), and is configured to provide a secure fit over the user's nose.
6. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air outlet holes (5, 6) are positioned in the left and right lenses (2, 1) respectively and are configured to direct purified air toward the user's eyes.
7. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said filter material (11) is positioned outside the fan system and is configured to stop dust and harmful airborne particles prior to entering the internal filtration unit.

The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said left and right microfans (7, 8) are positioned within the hollow sections of the frame and are configured to draw ambient air into the device, and these microfans (7, 8) are electrically connected to a rechargeable battery (9) via connecting wires (10) that are integrated along the frame of the device to maintain a compact and ergonomic design without obstructing user comfort.
